Today's highlight is to visit the Church of Naivety in Bethlehem.  The city is about 20 minutes away from Jerusalem.  If under normal days, I can take a local bus there.  However, since the entire city is blocked by military police due to the recent conflict, unauthorized vehicle can not get into the city.

So, I took a mini-van to the bordar of the city, and walk to the Church from there.  The street is empty, shops are closed.  There is no tourist at all.  Occasionally I would ran into a few locals.  Couple of the gocerity stores are still open, but there is no signs of any customer.

Military passes are every where.  Passport checking and questioning are very often.  However, to my surprise, these soliders are quite polite, and "welcome to Israel" are always heard when they hand back the passport to me.

It is hard to find a cheap ticket to Istanbul from Jerusalem, I visited quite a few trvel agencies in town during the afternoon, not much luck.  They said I can get good deals in Cairo....., I might need to cross the border from Eilat.  Most of the travelers have checked out, I am the few left behind.  It is time for me to get back on the road soon.
