The sailing is
finally over. It is indeed an unforgettable experience.
7:30am, after
a simple breakfast, we said Good Bye to our Nubian captains,
then squeezed into a tiny minibus with totally 12 passengers
onboard, and start heading to Luxor.
The ride is very
scenic. The landscape is very interesting, one
side of the road
is the deep blue Nile, yet the other side is the dusty yellow
desert. Very often, we would pass by herds of cows,
goats and other animals. Local children would run along
the road and wave at us. Traditional Egyptian music
is coming out from the cracked speakers, I once again buried
myself in this land filled with rich cultures.
