Today is my last day in Israel, my flight to Istanbul, Turkey is at 6:00am tomorrow morning, still have about 10 hours to go.  I decided to take a walking trip to Jaffa, which is about 30 minutes walk from my hotel.

I ran into Tina on the way, an Austria gril full with passion about music.  She has been in Israel for about six months and worked in serval Kibbutzs.

It is a very relaxing trip.  Tourists filled the beach and boardwalk, souvenir stands are everywhere.  Children running around the beach, teens play volleyball and soccer.  It is at the end of Dec., while it is snowing hard back home in Maryland, here I am, thousands miles from home, laying by the beach and enjoying the cold breeze from the Mediterranean.

The sun is retiring for the day.  Golden radian is over the Mediterranean Sea as far as I can extend my eyes.  I can't believe within couple more hours, I will be on a plane leaving this country which I started to fall in love with.

* There are a lot of beach chairs along the beach, they belong to various restaurants and bars on the boardwalk.  You can sit on it, but very soon some waiter from these restaurants would come up to you.  If you don't order anything, they would charge you a fee for sitting on the chair.
* Self service laundry are everywhere, normally is cheapter than your hotel.
